Studying brings many opportunities but also challenges to young people. The demands of balancing life inside and outside of school or university can result in increased stress and anxiety. Academic pressures, relationships issues, plus the impact of social media and peer pressure can put strain on students.

Our wellbeing workshop helps your students to explore the factors that affect their wellbeing and work-life balance. We give practical methods to improve time management, emotional control and brain health, to help build resilience and improve students ability to cope better.

This workshop will help your students to answer questions such as:

  • What is mental health and why is it important?

  • How can I create more work-life balance

  • What can I do to manage my time better?

  • What are the common signs of stress?

  • How can I work in a brain-friendly way?

  • What can I do to manage my emotions better?
