Ian Davies

Ian set up Team Thinking in 1996, after graduating as a secondary school teacher. He specialises in the design and delivery of experiential training programmes focussing on team and leadership development, behaviour awareness and effective communication.  He is also a co-director of Seriously Equipped Ltd, a training and development organisation working in the corporate sector.

Qualifications & experience 

• B.Ed (Hons) Outdoor & Science Education.
• Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
• Prism Personal Performance Mapping facilitator.
• Belbin Team Roles facilitator.
• Qualified instructor of rock climbing & mountain walking.

Ross Harris

Ross is a highly experienced trainer, who specialises in team and leadership development. 

Qualifications & experience: 

• Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
• Training Facilitator and Certified Coach.
• Qualified Instructor in Rock Climbing, Sailing and Power Boating.
• Registered Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist.

Elizabeth Cairns

Elizabeth is an inspirational speaker, facilitator, teacher, therapist and coach. She has experience of working internationally to improve performance and wellbeing with individuals and teams from a large cross section of industry sectors including work with young people and teachers in schools and colleges. A qualified teacher, part of her work since 2004 has been the design and delivery of creative, experiential courses in NLP, classroom management, confidence and assertiveness. Elizabeth is also the Director of Amovita, an organisation which runs retreats, focussed workshops, personal development days and one to one coaching sessions for a variety of clients.

Sarah King

Sarah works with us on a whole host of developmental programmes. She is a highly experienced facilitator, specialising in team development, behaviour awareness and communication skills. She is also a co-director of Seriously Equipped Ltd, where she focusses upon sales training, customer services and management development within the corporate sector.

Qualifications & experience:

• Prism Personal Performance Mapping facilitator.
• Training Facilitator and Coach.
• Over 15 years experience managing high performing sales teams
       and working as a training manager in travel industry.
