‘PRISM Young People', is an exciting questionnaire based self-discovery instrument that helps young people to understand their behaviours and those of others.

PRISM YP helps students to:

• Develop flexible communication skills.
• Gain an understanding of their own behavioural preferences and strengths.
• Understand how others make sense of the world.
• Increase their self esteem.
• Reduce unnecessary misunderstandings with others.

You can choose to include this as a short, fun stand alone workshop or as a part of one of our other programmes.

After completing a short questionnaire, individuals receive an easily understood profile, which outlines their preferred styles of behaviour. This is used to help students to explore behaviours and learn how to recognise and communicate with other people more effectively.

PRISM YP is based on ‘PRISM Personal Performance Mapping, the business development tool which is currently used by some of the worlds most successful businesses. It's also a great tool for teachers to use, aiding effective communication and building relationships with their students and other staff members. We are able to offer this version for staff training should you wish.
