Prefects must have the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of other people, including students, teachers and parents. Their role often involves effective problem solving,delegation, time management and negotiation, as well as acting as a mediator and supportnetwork for fellow pupils.More and more schools are beginning to understand the value of a high quality trainingprogramme that enables the prefect team to develop the skills that are necessary for effectiveperformance.

Our one day workshop is run at your school, meaning no travel worries, staffing issues or off site logistics. We are also able to offer 2 day workshops that cover more detailed development and off site and residential options should you wish to take the students away from the school environment.
