The start of the academic year brings a whole host of changes.

It's an exciting time, however it can be nerve racking for students and teachers, as there are new faces to recognise, behaviours to deal with and many new names to remember! You may even have students arriving from other countries and ensuring that they settle in quickly is an important factor.

 Our induction events will enable students to :

• Bond quickly and effectively.
• Help develop friendships and learn new names.
• Solve problems.
• Learn how to work with others successfully.
• Have some fun. 

We can run an induction programme for any of your year groups.

We are able to run these programmes at your site, or you may wish to bring your group to one of the venues that we use in Kent or Sussex.

Some of our customers run their events at the beginning of the Autumn term, whilst others opt for the end of the Summer term. The choice is yours!

During these one day programmes, our team of facilitators will help your students to develop positive relationships, whilst undertaking a number of safe, fun problem solving tasks.

As well as breaking down barriers, students will develop their communication skills, gain a deeper understanding of effective problem solving and learn how to effectively review performance.

As well as a fun experience, our team put a great emphasis on ensuring that students get to know others and leave the day relaxed and ready to start the academic year.

The days are also a great opportunity for teachers to join in, to get to know the students and develop positive relationships outside of the classroom.
