Ian Davies is the founding Director, who leads our programme delivery within Myanmar, whilst Sarah King and Sam Stevenson head up the UK training. Ian has been working in the field of learning and development since 1998. After graduating as a Secondary School teacher, he began facilitating experiential learning programmes for school students, before moving into organisational development working with clients including HSBC, Maersk, Kent County Council and Luxury Family Hotels.
He first started work in Myanmar in 2009, helping facilitate training for local Community Based Organisations.

PRISM Brain Mapping Coach
Sam is one of our key trainers and brings years of experience and an eye for detail.
In addition to her work as a trainer and qualified PRISM Coach, Sam has many years’ commercial marketing experience, including in the education sector.
Sam is passionate about training, personal and social development, particularly with young people. Sam also helps to run the disability sport charity the Weir Archer Academy and works with HIV/AIDS charity Cricket Without Boundaries in East Africa.

Jamie has worked with Team Thinking for almost a decade now. He brings a wide range of people skills that engage and energise.
He is also a professional actor who has made numerous television appearances over
the past 15 years. Amongst his credits are: United, Ghostboat, Luther and the worldwide hit ’24’.
His depth of experience with people helps us to deliver the best active learning, including creative drama based experiences.
